TRAINING
We believe training is the most important part of your purchase
satisfaction. Our Customer Service Staff is dedicated and responsible
for your total satisfaction with your Pacific States Communications
System.
Your staff will be prepared… and comfortable with your new
system when it goes online. We will conduct pre-training at
your facility prior to installation. All employees will receive
comprehensive hands-on user training, on how to use the complete
phone system.
On the day of cut-over, you can count on Pacific States’ team
of customer service representatives, sales representatives and technicians
to be available on-site to answer your questions and provide
individual assistance, as required. If the need arises to make adjustments,
we can do so quickly and without disruption.

INSTALLATION
We provide you with One Point-of-Contact. We will help you coordinate
your installation with the long distance companies, contractors,
building managers and whoever else is required in order to meet
your cutover date. We track all aspects of the entire scope of the
communications project from beginning through completion.
We perform all system installations to meet or exceed applicable
building and electrical codes, and conform to national telephone
and data installation standards. A site preview ensures that equipment
and installation requirements are met for every system prior to
cut over.
Pacific States Communications provides complete point-to-point voice

requirements. We provide you with complete design, layout, installation
testing and maintenance for your voice and data network.
Pacific States maintains a full-time professional installation team,
and all of our work is tested and certified at the time of completion
to assure you the highest quality installation. All data systems
cabling follows EIA/TIA standards for compliance. All cable, connectors
and panels are Underwriters Laboratories (U.L.) verified and certified.
